Under a groundbreaking new media rights agreement, NBC and Peacock are poised to deliver an expansive MLB experience. This collaboration means that Sunday Night Baseball is set to join Sunday Night Football and Sunday Night Basketball in a unique year-round sports programming block, a first for network television. Fans can expect exclusive coverage of significant events, including the MLB Sunday Leadoff, Opening Day, Labor Day primetime games, and the entire postseason Wild Card Round leading up to the World Series.
Regular season and postseason games exclusive to Peacock will also be featured on the newly introduced NBCSN sports cable network.

Wild Card Round
The postseason excitement will heat up as NBC, NBCSN, and Peacock exclusively present the Wild Card Round. Viewers can anticipate between 8 to 12 games each season, depending on the series’ length, making this a must-watch segment of the MLB schedule.
MLB Sunday Leadoff
Sundays will start with a bang thanks to the return of MLB Sunday Leadoff. This feature will include 18 games with late-morning starts—17 of which will be exclusive to Peacock/NBCSN and one simulcast on Peacock/NBC. This initiative started in 2022 and is back by popular demand.
July 5 “Roadblock” on Peacock and NBC
Mark your calendars for July 5, when a special “Roadblock” will present all 15 MLB games exclusively on Peacock and NBC.
