FIFA World Cup 26™ Tickets – What Happens Next?
Football Australia will receive an allotment of tickets to distribute to FA+ Members for each of Australia’s FIFA World Cup 26™ matches, in close coordination with FIFA Ticketing. To be eligible for this allocation, fans must be members of FA+.

On Tuesday, 9 December, Football Australia will provide all FA+ members with a complete list of dates, procedures, and FAQs to assist in applying for supporter ticket allocation. Members will also be notified when they will receive their Access Codes.
Upon that confirmed date, FA+ members will receive a link and unique access code via email to gain entry to the FIFA Ticketing portal. This access code will only be available for one-time use and cannot be shared. FA+ members interested in applying for tickets should use the email address registered with their FA+ account to ensure smooth processing.
To register for a FIFA ID, it’s essential to note that you must be at least 13 years old, and to create a FIFA ticketing account, the minimum age is 18 years. The eligibility requirements to apply for FIFA World Cup tickets (Football Australia’s supporter allocation) include:
- Being a FA+ Member (minimum age of 18)
- Possessing a FIFA ID to access the ticket portal
The application process will not be first-come, first-served. FA+ members can apply at any point during the application window, provided they have received an Access Code from Football Australia. The application process will open on 3:00 AM AEDT on Friday, 12 December (11:00 AM ET, 5:00 PM CET on Thursday, 11 December) and close at 3:00 AM AEDT on Wednesday, 14 January 2026 (11:00 AM ET, 5:00 PM CET on Tuesday, 13 January 2026).
